Great customer service plus fast and convenient parking.

Will be happy when the construction is completed and the full covered ramp is back in service. I have traveled each month this summer for work and finding a parking spot (with reservation) has been a bit of a challenge.

It’s safe and friendly. We can always depend on great service. Even though it was late when we got in last night the driver and the gate attendants were all friendly and helpful. We like the well lit lot and the great security at the facility.

What do you like about our services?

Fast, friendly service, reasonable price, and very close to airport. However, the exit scan code you sent me did not work, did not let me out. Thankful for the actual employee at that wee hour who was able to help. That's the second time I've had trouble with my exit code not working. Just sez "retrieving your information" or something like that, and never finds it.

I like how easy it is to park my car and the shuttle to take me to the airport, very friendly driver, helped me with my suitcases and provided me very good instructions on how to get my car when I come back from my travel

Easy to get to and shuttle service .. when we exited yesterday the parking attendant was questioning us about our reservation before she would let us leave.. we paid in advance so not sure what her issue was but finally let us leave but not before showing proof of our confirmation email… was not too pleased with her customer service.

What do you like about our services?

The services are best exemplified by excellent employees. Roy was helpful and quick to support my efforts to get to the airport quickly for my departure. Upon my arrival, Anna was one of the most pleasant people to greet me. So pleasant that after I was in my car and about to drive off (after 11 hours of flying), I went back inside to get her name. Great employees!

Reasonable cost. I felt car was safe there for a week. I did forget my exit sheet of paper in my suitcase, so had to back up away from exiting traffic to recover, then exit. First time using your service so will have to remember.

Everyone wa squirm and courteous. All staff understood how stressful travel could be and wanted to ease that burden.

The customer service is great once you are picked up however the wait at LN1 is timely. Most of the time I have to wait 20 to 30 minutes for a shuttle.

Park N Fly has a van waiting all of the times upon my arrival. Nevertheless, I'm not switching services at this time but will take it into consideration.... MAYBE!
