They are there as soon as you enter the gate. They give you a parking lot note so they can get you to your car by the number written on it. Seems like they have a big crew since I was seeing many of their shuttle buses around.

Very few services run as smoothly and well organized. Staff was very friendly, even at 4am. The shuttle was very easy using the app, and the prices are very reasonable. This service is fantastic; it takes the stress away from navigating around the airport. Worth every penny. I’ll never park in the airport garage again. Thank you for providing excellent service.
