ParkDIA is always there as soon as I park my car in their lot. They are always there when I need the shuttle back to my car from the airport. They make sure that I find my car before they drive off. The attendants are always friendly and nice. I have never had a problem with ParkDIA and we have been parking there for several years. I have recommended ParkDIA to several of my friends.

I was referred buy a friend a few years ago. I tried to get a space last year but the lot was full. Luckily I got a space this year. When the opportunity is available I will take it anytime. Your rates are great and within my price range.

Your online reservation system is very easy to deal with. When I get to your site you approach me immediately and I can get on the shuttle within minutes of my arrival. A shuttle is always waiting at the terminal no matter what time of day or night I walk out of the airport. And, I like that my car is waiting for me -- with the trunk open! -- when I get off the shuttle.

You just make everything easy for me, which is appreciated because in general all other aspects of plane travel are stressful.

When I arrived it was very easy. The new barcode readers and entry process was smooth. After I parked, a driver was there quickly to help me with my bag and board the suttle.

When I returned back, it was also easy. I called the number and shortly after I received a text. I mentioned Self Park and someone was there rather quickly. I didn't have to wait long.
