It is so easy to get to your lot. Your attendant is SO friendly, upbeat, and efficient. I love that the shuttle is always right there ready to go. Every driver has been friendly, respectful, and gets us to the terminal safely. Make sure you tell them they are appreciated and respected by the clients.

We can reserve space and the price is reasonable. Never have to wait too long to be taken to the airport and/or when we're returning from a trip.

It's not a car park service, it's a people service. And the people at PNF Oakland are friendly, helpful, and thoughtful about getting the people on time to their flights and back to their cars to go back home to their families. I'll park no where else.

From pickup at my car to being there quickly to pick us up we've always been very happy with park and fly and only use them.

How quick you run

Easy to reserve on line. Easy to drop off. Shuttle always ready to go. Always instructed where to be picked up and shuttle comes fast.

We are usually followed to the parking spot and picked up immediately; wait times upon returning to MDW are usually minimal. Appreciate the gated area, as well, we feel our vehicle is secure. We also feel secure with the buses following us to the car, and then helping load our luggage upon return. Shout out to drive Darryl, have had him a number of times and appreciate him.

Usually, it is easy to connect, book, & pay for. This time, I couldn't reach anyone to cancel my reservation (going to Maui wasn't an option), and I could not reach anyone for hours. I finally gave up and lost the money

I liked the Groupon deal vs. the cost of taking Uber to the airport was the main reason. I liked the speedy service of being picked up and dropped off with out the hassle of finding a spot at the airport. The drivers were friendly and helpful to customers that needed assistance. I would recommend this to a friend. Also the location is closest to the airport

It's convenient for us to drive from WI and park our vehicle here so we can fly out. Airport parking is crazy expensive. The shuttle is less than 10 minutes to the airport. They're also cheaper than Groome Transport. We've used PNF several times and no issues.

I always use you guys

I had reserved parking in advance. When we arrived we were told that the lot was full, but we were accommodated in valet parking at no extra charge. That was much appreciated.
The van driver on pick up from the airport was exceedingly pleasant and helpful.
