I was a little surprised that I was the only passenger. Of course that didn’t make any difference with the excellent service from Park ‘n’ Fly!!

Valet parking. One thing that is a little bit of a pain is that the cars are lined up. If I'm first out of the shuttle, I'm usually pretty quick to get in car and go. If I'm 2nd or 3rd in line and/or there's people that take their time, it's really frustrating. There's a garage (PHL location) where they line up the cars. In the garage, there's also a bunch of cars parked. I'm not aware of this option, i.e. covered, valet parking. I think this area should be used to stage the vehicles for customers vehicles that have been picked up by the shuttle and are en route to the facility.

It's easy

I am greeted by a smiling employee every time I park at PNF Oakland! I feel safe parking at that lot and I know my car is in good hands while I’m traveling! Additionally, the shuttle runs frequently - keeping wait times down to a minimum! I’d recommend PNF Oakland to anyone traveling from the Oakland airport.

Prompt!!!! as soon as we arrived to the the lot shuttle was literally right behind our car waiting on us …when arrived back in Atlanta shuttle was exactly where he said he would be ..no wait !!! No walk !!!!
