There’s never a long wait for the shuttles

We have used Park N Fly for years and always had good service. We have traveled a lot this summer and we have had extraordinary service! Shuttle is always in lot and picks us up within a minute or two upon arrival and again upon our return. Text messaging system works awesome and is super convenient. Friendly staff.

Courtesy drivers were efficient and polite when loading and unloading my luggage.
They drove safety and had everyone at their dropout points on time.
I was going ATL-RDU for a visit with my younger brother who had been diagnosed with a
rare cancer. Unfortunately he passed away during my visit; I was so blessed to be able to help take care of him during his final days.

Upon my return, in was hot in ATL & I stepped into the lobby to be cool. Ms. Pat asked me to wait outside for my car & I just broke down; I told her what had happened. She immediately stopped what she was doing and attended me with such compassion and caring. A young man who was also working brought me tissues without being asked to.

I was at the 2525 Camp Creek Pkwy, ATL location around 5pm on Sept 3, 2023.

I always use this location when flying and have always found the staff to be "top Notch"!

I wanted to say that the app is defective, and it would not work when I tried to get a ride back to my car.

Everything! I love the location, easy access, great parking area, always feel safe, never a problem getting a shuttle. But, the best part about Park ‘N Fly Plus on Camp Creek Parkway is the friendly attendants. I always feel safe and they are truly there to help with your luggage and today when leaving we had some questions about our next trip and Johnny gave us great advise about near by hotels and let’s us know that PNF was open 24 hours. We have a 7 am flight in October and want to stay close to PNF so we will be on time. We only use Park ‘N Fly! Y’all are the absolute best! We really hope Johnny is our driver in October! Thank you for a job well done! See you soon!

It’s so easy. Always on time. It’s really the only way to go!

Very convenient and close to the airport. Easy in and easy out. Nice to have bus waiting, though not your fault was charged an extra day because plane had nobody to bring it to the gate, which meant luggage was delayed. So because everything ran late, I had to pay extra.

Fast, simple, safe for the car. Shuttle was waiting and efficient. Employee even left note after noticing a nail in my tire.

I love the online pre-paid booking with reward credits. I also like scanning when I get there and scanning when I leave. The water bottles upon departure are a very nice perk for everyone who just got off a plane. It is great to hydrate on your ride home. :-)

There are people at the booth all the time in case help is needed.
