We definitely want to give a shout out to Sandra and her most excellent Customer Service! From the moment we drove up to the moment we left she was so pleasant and seemed to love her job! She also introduced us to a couple discounts we didn't know would be possible, so thank you, Sandra!

Convenient, secure and very little waiting for the shuttle.

I was very appreciative of Olene and Jay's help. I accidentally got on the wrong shuttle bus after I landed back in Atlanta. I was supposed to be on a "Plus" bus, but did not know this. Olene and Jay went out of their way to take me back to my correct location, even though I was on the wrong bus.

Very easy process. From the time we arrived we were attended to very efficiently and boarded the bus immediately to go to the airport. Upon our return it was again a seamless process.

The covered parking is really a nice benefit and we like that the security is tight.

Rinh and Nancy were excellent! Stepped out of baggage claims and Rinh was there! Nancy was so helpful as well! Great experience!!

I recently parked there for a 2 week trip. Everything was perfect. Easy entry, easy exit, and a free car wash was a nice bonus. I used to park there all the time before I retired, so it is nice to learn that Park and Fly is still a great place to park at IAH.

I love the service Park N Fly provides. Easy in, park, shuttle shows up promptly to take you directly to your terminal and gate, and pick-up when you return is as easy as sending a text.

On this past stay, when I returned, I had a flat tire. It would have been wonderful to have someone on-site who I could have paid to put my spare on for me. (:

I love the service from Park N fly. However sometimes I have been in a crunch time to miss my flight and actually did once , because the driver was trying to gather as many passengers. While I understand I should have planned better , but sometimes circumstances are out of our control. So I wanted to know if it would be possible that drivers could make exceptions to stop from collecting more passengers and drop off the urgent cases.

Convenient and reliable. Although this last reservation I was kind of disappointed that we were not dropped off by our car. All the reservations that I have with you I was picked up and dropped off right by my car.

We had great service from all of our shuttle drivers. Very friendly and service oriented. More so than in the past!

Quick and easy process to reserve on online, attendant on site at all times to help you at entry or exiting. I love the pick up and drop off with their shuttle right at your cars parking spot! And there were 2 shuttle vans waiting at curbside at the airport at 1am to bring me back to the lot in under 10 minutes. Definitely will use again!
