The online reservation process was clear and easy. The prices are competitive, especially if you self park. The shuttle is prompt and their system for finding your car upon return works well. The drivers we had were friendly and very helpful with loading and unloading the luggage. Good experience overall. Everything just worked smoothly.

The only issue I had was that I had bought a Groupon online & was unable to enter the coupon number when I made my online parking reservation, & there was no way to apply it later because I had to pay in full when I made the reservation.
Convenient and closeness to Airport
We did have an unusual experience this time to be picked up. We were passed off/by a couple buses outside the covered area. They said we had to wait for pick up in the covered area.
Promt shuttle service
Drivers are friendly and helpful. Transport vehicles are clean and immediately come to car to transport to airport. Pick up at airport is also very timely with little or no wait.
