ParkDIA advertises cheapest and closest to airport. It really is true! In fact, especially during any holiday if you wait until the last minute to book they will be sold out! I recently waited and had to book with another parking facility. They were good but for sure cost more and the drive was at least twice as long to my car. This last trip with Park DIA was great as it cost less and is such a quick ride to the car. Unfortunately, my car would not start, but ParkDIA was amazing. First off, all of their driver’s checked on me constantly. They grabbed multiple jump boxes to help start the car. They offered, when the car would not start, that if I need ANYTHINg, I am welcome in their employee trailer. Finally, by the grace of God, the car started, and they let me use their restroom in the trailer. It was y safest place to leave the car running. This all happened around midnight, and I had a two hour drive, so I am very grateful for their kindness!

The site is super easy to use to book. I have a pleasant experience being taken to and from the airport. Typically for valet service my vehicle is always waiting when I arrive. The workers are pleasant and welcoming.

This parking was so convenient and everyone was so friendly. I will always park here going forward.

The drivers and the folks who worked at the lot were very courteous and helpful. In addition, I was happy to see the lot well lit (safety). The email sent out the day prior to my return was helpful and helped me understand what I had to do upon return to get back to my car.

I did have some difficulties with the scanner both on arriving and returning from my trip. In both cases, the attendant in the lot helped me through the process.

I will be using Park'N Fly in the future.
