At Midway airport, Chicago, the facility is easy to get to, the people are friendly, and from the lot to the airport is always a quick and prompt ride. The wait at the airport for ride to the lot is not always as quick, but I am not typically on deadline at that point, so not bothered by a short wait.

Very efficient. Park and immediate ride to the airport. Text pick me up and immediate ride back to my car. Also, the attendant gave us water bottles when we really needed it.
Park n fly is so convenient! Bring your car to park n fly, park it, they take you to the airport…and help you with your luggage too! When you return, they pick you up and bring you back to your car! What could be easier?! Great service!
Workers are awesome! Lot was pretty full but we had a van as soon as we found a spot. The machine entering the lot has a great ability to not only read the QR code on my phone but to also display what it was reading on the screen. However, getting out the machine would not read my phone's code even when the QR code was enlarged and screen at full bright. A worker arrived to help. She said I may have had the QR code too large (it did not overfill the screen). I think replacing that machine with the type entering the lot would improve my experience. Until then, I'll print out the email

I've used you guys before with no problems. This time, they could not find my car. It was late and very cold. I was frustrated because we put a time in that we are to pick up our vehicles. The car should have been ready

Everything at Park & Fly seems to work well. I like the proximity to the airport, plenty of parking spots, great shuttle bus service, and efficient check out. Also, the support staff and drivers are courteous and knowledgeable.
