Your drivers are the most courteous of any industry - polite, informative, always lending a hand.

On the negative side, I've had problems recently with your scanner at Park 'N Fly Atlanta. Your attendants have gotten me through the process but it is a pain - entering and leaving - when the scanner malfunctions.

I like the convenience of the process. Being able to drop my car off and hop on a shuttle to the airport is awesome. I personally don’t like valet but depending on the airport sometimes you don’t have a choice.

The best part is being picked up directly at your vehicle. The shuttle pick up at the airport is also quick and easy. I also love that you provide discounted rates frequently. With these discounted rates I'm also to park in the covered lot which I prefer.

What do you like about our services?

Convenient reasonably priced parking in Chicago. We use Park-n-Fly not only for Midway Airport, but also for train travel at Union Station, and even for just staying downtown for a weekend when we don't want to pay $60 a night for hotel parking.
