Both our drivers (Nigel and Rinh) were very pleasant, polite and helpful. Very impressed how clean the shuttle was. Rinh was actually cleaning the handles when we arrived at the shuttle to return home. He said to the shuttle "welcome home" and that was really nice!

I like the online reservations and the covered parking option. I also enjoy the perks that come with being a Loyalty member. The QR code saves time upon entering and arrival at the airport. The shuttle service dispatch is prompt and arrives at the parking stall immediately after parking. I recommend this service to my family and co-workers.

Good and friendly service. Going to airport, driver was helpful with the bags. When we arrived, he got our bags and we thanked him. We didn't have any small bills for a tip but he stood there like he was expecting a tip. It should not be required to give a tip every time.
easy parking, great prices and nice employees
It was easy to make an online reservation. Everyone I met personally was courteous and helpful. Both of my drivers were awesome. I didn't catch the name of my first driver (he was African American) he was kind and made me feel very comfortable. When I travel alone I'm a bit apprehensive, but he made feel like I was safe and everything was going to be alright. My second driver was David. He was very kind and helpful.
The price is reasonable, the shuttles run at regular intervals, the drivers are courteous and helpful. The only downside is the long lines and wait at the airport to return to the lot.

Some items to work on:
Make it more clear where to stand to be picked up at airport. We stood at spot 6 and the bus pulled up short of that spot. We had several bags to load and had to reposition all of them again. Also the driver was rough on control of the van as we returned to Park n Fly. Then we had to take off our own bags as he was not very willing to help. Our tip reflected this lack of service on his part. But overall we like the service.
