Prompt pickup at the terminal was very good. It was a bit slower getting picked up at the lot.

Also the reservation code on my phone did not scan - said the reservation could not be found so it had to be typed in by hand by someone in a booth.

Close to airport, van picks you up by your car right after you park. Affordable, safe, secure. What's not to like?

Quick pickup at car. Quick drop off at airport. Friendly and helpful drivers who assist with bags getting on and off bus. Car wash. Bottled water as we leave, and very friendly staff. Excellent service!

The sign up was simple and quick. Entry into the lot was rather easy, minus having a little trouble finding the right spot for the code reader which was quickly addressed by an alert attendant. Pick up at the airport was quick, even after trying to get on a Park and Fly Plus shuttle bus. A really nice asset was being dropped off at our vehicle on the return shuttle trip. I will use this shuttle service on ALL future trips departing out of Atlanta. This is a great service!!!

There is never any waiting when I use Park and Fly. The van is often there even before I step out of my car and very prompt at the airport. Everyone is courteous and professional. As I exited the lot I was offered a free bottle of cold water. Nice touch. Thanks Park and Fly for being so awesome 👌
