As I am a disabled Senior Citizen, the ease of parking my vehicle and having an attendant on site. The Disabled Parking availability made the parking convenient. My only complaint was that the shuttle did not have the ability to lower the stairs to climb into or to have a portable step stool to aid in stepping up. As I am very short, it was with great difficulty getting into the shuttle. My right leg was injured when my leg was pushed into the step as I was being assisted up. I sustained a horrible hematoma which I needed to have my personal physician evaluate upon my return home and for which I was given antibiotics in case of infection. I think it should be of utmost importance to remedy this shuttle problem immediately for future patrons especially for disabled ones.

Shuttle frequency is the best we have experienced. Don’t change that.
