Olene R was fabulous and so nice even after the airport worker gave her a hard time for not pulling up. At the time she stopped there were vans in front of us and we started loading. Then the airport worker got onto Olene for not pulling up. Ridiculous on airport workers part. But Olene stayed Positive and took great care of us.

I love the convenience of your service. However, I had to shorten my stay due to a family matter and I did not stay the entire time as the reservation. I was told I needed to contact customer service at Phone number removed or Phone number removed to receive a credit. I called both numbers and waited in excess of 20 total minutes. It seems that you would be able to process a credit at the time of departure. As it stands, I have sent an email and I am awaiting a reply, but feel that this process should be so much easier than it is currently.

This was my first experience to use Park & Fly. I would recommend it to everyone. It was easy to get in and park and the courtesy van was right there to pick you up and take you to the airport. No waiting around. Coming back was even better. I texted the terminal I was at, and they came to pick me up and delivered right to my car. The guy even unloaded our suitcases but put them in my car! I know I will be using them in the future.

What do you like about our services?

Parking was very close to the airport, was easy to get to, easy to reserve a spot, the shuttle was ready to take me to the airport as soon as i parked and returned me to the parking lot from the airport as soon as I got to the pickup area. The price is much cheaper than parking on premise.
