We did not have to wait for the shuttle; it came as soon as we parked and didn't waste any time in getting us to the airport. Same with our return; we weren't curbside very long before the shuttle arrived. Our drivers were friendly and courteous. We felt that our car as safe in your lot and it was easy to use. Thank you for a great first experience! We will definitely use Park 'N Fly the next time we need airport parking.

Very fast. We pulled into the lot and the shuttle drive directed to a row of open parking. He then took our bags and gave us a reminder slip for our spot.

When we returned we had a short 10-15 minute wait. The shuttle was there however it was full so we had to wait for another. The driver was quite helpful in explaining the exit process too. We were able to zip out quickly with out waiting.

Easy parking and drop off at airport

With prepurchase tickets it is so smooth and simple. Just head to the area I reserved and the van is usually there to pick me up before I even get my bags out of my car. Pretty much the same on the return experience.

This was the first time that we used Park 'N Fly, and we will definitely do that again! Our shuttle driver went above and beyond when he covered a side window that we hadn't rolled up! I was very impressed and grateful that he did that in our absence, especially since it rained here during our trip! Actually, as I think about it, he was very kind and helpful in all of our interactions with him! I wish that I knew his name!

The entrance was a bit hard to see but I found it. Signs in the parking lot to exit were difficult to see.

Shuttles have been very efficient. One issue I have found on the app is I can't cancel or modify a reservation, the link doesn't come on the screen for Android.

The drivers are all so kind. The gentleman who dropped me off to pick up my Jeep on Wednesday night in the covered parking was great. It was around 9PM. I wish I could recall his name.

I used valet service. It was easy and prompt, both pick up and delivery. I will not hesitate to use it again.
