Quick and easy

I did the self park; but had a problem when I was exiting.. (my fault, totally). The fella in the booth helped me in the pouring rain. Inside, they were also so helpful and kind. I'll always use Park n' Fly!!!

Very fast and efficient. Only problem we had was getting out of the airport and finding the location they picked us at. The drivers were very patient as we took every wrong way out of the building before we found the location. In the end, we had Robyaae S for our driver. When we got to our truck, she noticed we had a flat tire. After we got the spare on and pulled up to the gate to get out, she showed up to check on us. She helped us get out as we were tired and struggling. She was an angel at the perfect time!!

I absolutely love the convenience of the Valet option with the shuttle service. We never have to wait more than 5-10 minutes max before a shuttle shows up to get us to the airport or back to our car. They always have our vehicle pulled into the garage, ready for us to load our bags when we get back on the shuttle. The attendants are super friendly and always lending a helping hand. We've used this service numerous times and would highly recommend it!

So easy! The staff is so friendly.

This time the Shuttle situation was confusing...It took a bit longer for pick up, we were sent to the Blue F row and it was full already, there was no indicator at the entrance to the row and no shuttles visible. It was different ! The drivers were nice as usual, we were not delayed but there was an obvious change to the smooth routine we are used to.
