Everything is super easy. Only suggestion is to please make the pick up spot more clear on returning to pick up the car. Coming out of the airport I got conflicting information and directions to locations that didn't exist and were incorrect.

I love park and fly but we had 2 coupons for free parking the lady at the front said when we come back from our trip to give them to the girl at the window and they can deduct them for you. Got back and girl said no...

Timely and friendly service. I really loved the valet service and appreciated all the assistance that the drive gave me to handling my luggage and guiding in and out of the van.

We opted for the valet option. We were please with the professionalism and courtesy of the staff. We were picked up when we returned in a timely manner and our car was ready for us.
