I liked the service in the store. I loved the selection and the fact that I could get the queen foundation separate. What I didn't like, I was told I could get the furniture on a Friday 16th. The day before I received am email saying it wouldn't be sent until 20th. I asked the sales representative 3 times if it could be delivered Friday. He assured me, it was at the warehouse and could be delivered Friday. I had to find a replacement and I canceled my purchase. I was very disappointed!!

Streamlined, nice staff
Had an issue with a section of my furniture not fitting in my doorway, but the delivery guys (Robert and Terry) were amazing along with the staff at the store (Jordan). I would say that the person that I spoke to from customer service was rude and not knowledgeable about my furniture and constantly told me that I did not have any other options and would have to order another set of furniture when that was false.
Jan Scott was awesome and helped me find exactly what I wanted. She did not hover around me and just let me have my space so I could look around. But she was attentive to when I had a question.
Salesperson was very nice and allowed me to browse by myself without feeling pressured.
Customer service
The customer service was great and friendly. However, the furniture piece was at another store much cheaper. We went ahead with the purchase because we've bought from the salesman before and didn't want to slight him. However, the fact that we had to pay $200 more for the same item was disheartening.
The sales representative was very helpful and knowledgeable. He was quick to get me the information I needed.
