leave a review after an AWESOME experience at the Ashley Furniture in Winston-Salem, NC! Terri greeted me at the door and was very patient with me as I was unsure about what I wanted. She took the time to show me various options and went above and beyond to meet my needs. I purchased a Master Bedroom set, a tv stand (with a fireplace) and a BEAUTIFUL dining room set!
Lonnell (the manager)was also a great! He was cognizant of my budget and helped sweeten the deal during checkout He was VERY knowledgeable and resourceful. Overall, the team as a whole was very accommodating and I am very happy with my purchases! If you're looking for great quality coupled with phenomenal customer service head on down to Ashley Furniture and tell them Name removed sent you!

The lady that was helping us she was not pushy. She was helpful if we had a question she let us go around and look and find what we need it and then we’d ask her questions on it that makes it a good sales person and that’s what we were looking for.
The other thing about our experience there versus other places is on the personality of the person helping us she knew what she was talking about. She informed us if we had any questions, should be happy to answer them, and she was again not being pushy like other people have been at other places, trying to pressure sales you She’s very good person and if the quality is as good as it looked in the show room, and from what she said and told us about the furniture, Then we will come back to shop.
When we ordered the sectional couch, I had my measurements wrong and got a Exter insert when I did not need it and I called in the woman at customer service was helpful and said that someone will be reaching out to me in 2 to 3 days to confirm that I want that one insert taken off my account I haven’t heard back from them yet, but I’ll wait to hear to find out if that piece has been taken out of my account.
In short, the woman that purchased the sectional couch from was very professional, and concerned when she found out that my wife had a latex allergy and they were painting inside and walked out to the car to explain things to her, and that showed that she cared about the people she was doing business with, and I think her and y’all should too Thank you and that is my story
