I was left alone till I needed help. I hate to be bombarded as soon as I walk through a door. I was greeted as I entered the door. I was on the cell phone at the time with my husband, so they didn’t come to me with lots it questions. Super fast and easy transaction I was in and out within 30 minutes.

Sales agent acknowledged us friendly hello when we entered the store. She let us explore the wonderful outdoor furniture options, answered our questions and assisted with measurements for a perfect selection. This was our first visit to the Ashley store and we made a significant purchase of outdoor furniture. We are very pleased with our purchase, very high quality furniture and cost efficient.
My wife and I were bed and mattress shopping. Our game plan was to visit 3 different furniture stores Ashley Furniture being the 1st on the list. We were pleasantly greeted by Cherrelle. We told her what we were looking for and she showed us the inventory and thoroughly answered all questions. When we asked a question about an item she was not sure of she immediately sought out her manager. He introduced himself (unfortunately being lousy at remembering names I do not remember his.) I do want to give him credit for us not only remaining at the store, but also buying without adventuring to any of the other stores we had on our list. He researched items when needed and answered all questions well beyond expectations. At no time did we feel pressured about anything or any item. We were looking for a platform bed for the added support it would provide for the mattress and a mattress that would hold up for the expected (hopefully longer) life expectancy advertised. We had bought name brand what we thought quality mattresses and matching box springs and have been highly disappointed.
After several questions answered and with absolutely no pressure applied we bought a Temper-Pedic Pro Adapt Firm, adjustable base, and headboard
Now we are anxiously awaiting delivery.

The staff at the store were very helpful and respectful. They were available to answer questions but did not hover over us as we shopped. We wanted a mattress and appreciate the many styles and options available at the store. We are happy with the delivery and removal option as well.
