We were greeted at the front door, pointed to our area of interest and allowed to look without interruption. Once we had a question, someone was immediately available to assist us. We greatly appreciated that.

Kim was very helpful and friendly. She was not pushy and respected that we wanted to look around on our own to see if we could find what we wanted. When we were leaving, she gave us info on some items we were interested in, gave her card, and left it at that. We came back today and purchased 2 of the items- from her.
My Sales Rep , Donya, at the Winston Salem location is the Best ! She was so helpful in helping me find just the perfect furniture to meet my budget..she was patient and pleasant throughout the entire process . Everyone I’ve encountered at that store seem polite and friendly, something that is not that easy to find at the majority of Retail stores these days .. that deserves a 10
