We were greeted when we first came through the door and asked if we needed any help. We were told about promotion and was allowed to look around without being followed or questioned. It was a great experience.

The customer service was excellent. There was no pressure to buy right on the spot, so I could come home and take measurements to make sure item would fit where I need to place it. Also, the person who helped me was very friendly and Could answer all my questions. He put me at ease.

I was immediately greeted upon walking in the door. The sales representatives weren’t pushy or overbearing, they inquired about what I was needing or looking for and assisted me but also gave me some space

Jac at the Greensboro location was extremely helpful. He sketched the dimensions of my room to make sure the furniture was the right size. I would definitely recommend working with him.
