What did you like about your experience?

Mrs. Diane was very helpful, and I went to several furniture stores that day, and everybody said, that they will come back and check on me, and they never did, but Mrs. Diane did, and I really liked her friendly customer service. I will definitely come back there, if I have any future furniture purchase, simply because of her.

Felt welcoming when first came in. Talked with John Rosato and even though I came in to see what was in the store, he took the time to show me items I probably would have missed. We discussed colors, material , sizes. A knowledge gaining experience
