Ty, in the Greensboro store, never pressured me into buying anything. He guided me in the right direction and showed me furniture based on my criteria. Even when he offered alternative solutions, I never felt pressured. Felt more like I was shopping with a best friend. Because of this no-pressure sales and his extensive knowledge of his products, I’m already planning on doing another room..... and of course I will work with Ty.

We were there for awhile and noone greeted us but a lady name Teresa came from the back and immediately greeted us she was really nice and answered all of our questions

My sales consultant was Diane Walker. She was very friendly and so personable. It felt like I was furniture shopping with a friend. She listens well and understood my needs. She took the time to help me locate what I was looking for by going to the kiosk to show me other options. I never felt rushed or pressured . I would shop there again and I would want Ms. Walker if at all possible at my side. She is a gem!
Shannon was patient as we walked arpund the store multiple times trying to find just the right thing for our space. He was never pushy just there with answers to all our questions. He was a great help!
