The salesman, Tim Spears, was very helpful and very knowledgeable about the furniture. It was raining hard when I left and he lent me his umbrella because my car was parked in the Wal Mart parking lot. I will definitely be returning to make a purchase.

We worked with a man by the name of Tim. (Spear may have been his last name) He is an asset to your company. We told him that we were closing on a home in about 3 weeks and so we were not in a big hurry to make purchases until we knew they could be delivered directly to our new home. He was so helpful. He showed us bedroom suits that were perfect, we picked out an entertainment center, and some accent tables. He was not pushy at all and was very knowledgeable. He gave us all needed info upfront concerning financing, delivery, etc. I can't wait to return to the store and make my purchases with Tim, of course.

I liked that I was able to walk around and get an idea of what I was interested in before someone offered to help me. I know places often train people to accost customers as soon as they come in, but I rarely know what I need help with immediately. When I was approached, the salesperson was very helpful and patient as I tried out different couches, some of them repeatedly. I ended up buying a slightly more expensive couch than I planned on and have something else in mind to go back and look at again.

That was my first time in the outlet store. The store had great prices and a wonderful selection. Ended up buying a dining room set and 2 mattress, unplanned. Will definitely be back soon.
