I was hesitant about trying the free week trial because I understand that this studio combines fitness with Yoga. Done incorrectly, this can take away from the Yoga practice and the inner work. However, CorePower is able to incorporate the yoga practices and intention setting with the power of a workout. They also have classes available at anytime of the day and evening each day of the week. This makes it possible for me to get a workout/practice in whether I leave work on time, or if I have to work late. I have truly enjoyed my experience and will be taking advantage of their Black Tag Membership when this week is up!

I cam to Charlotte for my son's wedding! I brought my mat - cause I can't go without. Park Road Studio was close enough so I went to two C2's (Alison ans Katharina) (5/12, 5/13). The studio was clean, fresh, and just what I expected. Greeted with a smile as if they knew me. Classes were good....hot and tough. Accessible and fun....just like home. Thanks

To be honest I go to Core Power simply because I enjoy Raudhah's style and teaching so much. I enjoy her classes so much I welcome all of my friends to join during the Sunday evening class and they all have the same feedback.

She is a wonderful teacher.

The facility itself is top notch. Beautiful locker room, showers, toiletries. Retail area is current and trendy. Workout room is good in size, all of windows and wall of mirrors is perfect. Instructors all have their own personalities and styles that they bring to class.

I love your C2 class and the studio. Not sure what it is about it but it has the best heat of any studio I’ve been to.

Really helpful instructors, very positive environment encouraging trial and effort without being too aggressive. Clean studio and locker rooms.
