I really liked that you had showers there and that you had hot yoga
I had tried yoga at other places and was embarrassed because I was not very good at it. Many years later, I decided to try again thinking it would help my body feel better after competing in my favorite sport. I was hooked after the first class! I love the small atmosphere allowing the teachers to help me do moves correctly. They always place emphasis on it being my own practice, so I’m actually not embarrassed and feel good about what I am able to do.
I love the sculpt class! It does the best job combining yoga and strength and is a fast paced class!
