I really liked the workout and the staff! A great yoga workout plus core, legs, and arms to tone your whole body. High energy and a supportive, positive teacher.

I like the variety of flow sequences offered. I love that Matt changes up the flow to focus on a specific theme. I love the energy from the instructor in the Sculpt class. The staff is very friendly and greets each person who walks in.

I love corepower & I’ve found the classes that I really love attending. The only detail I would recommend is opening the door to circulate the air during cardio & the core section of a sculpt class- I enjoy the heated room & working up a sweat but sometimes I find that the air is too stagnant during those times. The Boulder studio I had been practicing would always run the fans during those times & I always found it very helpful! Also maybe putting on more fun events to draw in yoga goers- maybe rooftop yoga with margs after or a yoga triathlon such as: a sculpt class then a two mile run and ending with a c1 or c2 class with tacos after? A lot of my friends want to go with me but don’t want to pay $25 for a class so maybe if a blagtag member brings a friend then the friend gets a discount on the class they attend with the black tag member.. just ideas! But I enjoy practicing at this studio; I find that all classes vary & aren’t redundant. So far, I enjoy the classes taught by Abby W, Matthew, Catrina, and Mia :)!

It’s clean. Many of the studios are very dirty. This one is clean.

Amazing facility and friendly staff!

Love the studio and experience. So far I would say that I think the c2 classes are great however I think the teachers are over complicating it sometimes. My only suggestion would be keep it just a bit more simple with the flows.
