I've been to three classes, and intend to go to 3 more before my free week ends, and I've loved them! The instructors are great, welcoming environment, and I've gotten such an amazing workout in each time. I wish the classes were more affordable, buying a membership is not within my budget.

Best workout I've ever had!
LOVE the change it is bringing to me personally. I run and cycle very regularly, and I also take barre classes four- five times a week. I love the yoga sculpt class! Great combination for me with cardio plus stretching, as well as intentional time for me to relax and meditate. I have needed to mix up my workouts for sometime now, and I'm glad a friend of mine introduced me to your studio. I intend to branch out and take more classes - it's just a matter of time for me! I have also enjoyed meeting the instructors- so friendly and encouraging! look forward to seeing you again soon.
Love your classes but would love to see yoga sculpt offered at the 9:30am time slot a couple times a week. Would definitely come to your studio more!
