The employees are always polite, helpful and friendly. They are red and always at your service. I enjoy the tanning beds very much, however they do need to be cleaned more often. This is something that should be addressed to your staff.

We are 73 and 70 years of age and have been members going on 4 years, using the Siloam Springs facility 3-days a week. We appreciate the great machines and clean facilities at Siloam Springs. The crew is always cleaning and they are really nice and helpful folks. We moved from the Hot Springs area 5-years ago and are grateful to have this facility just a few miles from our home. If you are older, like us, don't let your age keep you from giving it a try. The membership is certainly affordable and is a great investment in maintaining and improving your health. We absolutely recommend the Siloam Springs facility for your fitness needs.
Definitely recommend anyone and everyone to go here. The staff is extremely friendly, especially Kristi and yahaira...and this other younger blonde chick...I cant seem to remember her name but she is super nice to everyone. Been coming here for 10 years and its my favorite gym...I have 3 different gym memberships so im not being biased.
Loved it and would love if you all added a glute bridge machine.

I like the equipment the atmosphere the staff and I just enjoy watching TV while I'm walking on the treadmill.
Like that you can exercise, tan, and get a massage all in the same place!

Best Planet Fitness in Town!
I’ve tried every Planet Fitness location in the area, and this one stands out in every way. It’s incredibly clean, and the equipment is always in excellent condition. The staff is very friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. I wanted to try a new machine for the first time, and both Ese and Teka were more than happy to assist. Jason, the personal trainer, is a great resource—always willing to answer questions about exercises or anything nutrition-related.
Management here is top-notch. Shawn and Zach clearly care about both, the members and the overall appearance of the club. Their dedication really shows. Hands down, this is the best Planet Fitness around!!!

I like going to this gym. It's clean, there are a lot of different exercise options to choose from, and everyone is always very nice and friendly.
I just wanted to give a shout out to Shawn! I left a comment of a concern I had at one of his locations and the very next day I got a call from him!!
He said he physically went and looked at the issue and corrected it and appreciated my letting him know! How many times does that happen???! Planet Fitness is awesome, and I can highly recommend their focus on the cleanliness on equipment and their intention towards quality equipment that’s maintained!!

The sign up experience was not easy. I had to get help at the store front because the website and app were not working properly. It must have been an issue with the entire electronic system because even at the store they saw the issues I was having and they said they were going to turn it in to their manager.
But everything else has been wonderful. In fact, better than I expected.
Very clean. Nice friendly manager. I do have some concerns though. Music is way to loud inside.I use my own earbuds and can't hardly hear my own music. I have asked manager many times to lower the volume and she does, but it will always be loud again when I return another day.I have to ask every time to turn the volume down.It should be set and left alone. This is very annoying to have to ask every time to lower the volume. Also another major issue is the temperature in the facility. I take a hand held thermometer everyday so I can prove how hot it is inside the building. Regardless what time of day I go it is always very hot. The temperature is always around 76 degrees which is way too hot for a gym. I have discussed this with the manager over and over about how hot it is inside. She will turn the thermostat down and as I'm leaving the gym it is starting to cool down. This happens everyday I go to workout. I have read and I think myself that the facility ( all gyms) should be 68 to 70 degrees. The thermostat should be set to a particular temperature and left alone, but this doesn't happen and this is very frustrating to me and other people I have discussed this matter with at this facility. The management always says that the air-conditioning is not working properly but when she turns the thermostat down it begins to cool down. Please address these issues. Thanks Randy Wilkins
