The variety of exercise equipments
I went to the gym during a great time, 2:30am-3:30 am. This was the perfect time because it was not crowded and I could get in a corner to do my none lifting routine. The facility was clean, organized and staff was very helpful and attentive. But I would make a suggestion: There needs to be a lock on the door at night at all facilities so you can scan to get in the building then the door locks behind US. This way I feel comfortable going into the gym at that time of morning knowing no one can just walk in on US. #1 rule must be safety and the protection of to clients and staff. This world is getting crazy by the day and you have to stay ready and cover ALL BASES!!!

Facility is always clean and well maintained. Staff is kind and helpful. Members are great and welcoming. Hydrochairs are clean and effective.

I love the variety of equipment and black card rewards, specifically massages. I am grateful for the crowd-o-meter because I hate going to a crowded gym.

It’s OK I prefer free weights more than anything, but I’m not from around here from Jersey, but it did the job and I was satisfied

Loved the gum, clean and spacious, lots of equipment to use than the other PF in the hampton roads area, only small complaint if it is one, its very hot inside the gym.
The staff has been top notch since my last survey. Equipment is outstanding. Exercising areas are well kept.

Small, but Mighty! They have machines that some of the other locations don’t have. I wish it was 2 story. Nice and clean.

Could you put some hooks in the tanning rooms in the location off Pipeline in Hurst? I have been to other locations that do have hooks. This would be a great help, maybe behind the doors. Thanks
