Conveniently located, lots of equipment and friendly staff
I have been a member for nearly a year now at the Greenville PF and enjoy using the gym typically about 3 times a week. I have had no issues and look forward to continuing my membership.
The 24 hour hours and the affordability are what keep me here. The size makes it so that something is available to use at anytime. The location is convenient.

It is always super clean inside and smells nice. It can get a little crowded at times, but that’s not the clubs fault. I would like to see some free weights in the functional training area, that’s usually the only reason I go to another location over Richardson sometimes is because that location has free weights in the functional training area, and not on the floor with all of the other bigger free weights.
Equipment is good and clean. I think you should revamp your classes. The PF that I attend does not have the equipment for the 30 minute circuit, yet it appears on the schedule daily.

My wife and I had our personal banking accounts hacked resulting in us having to change account numbers. All of our "automatic" draft accounts had to be updated and completing online was unsuccessful. Visited my Springdale gym and received superior customer and help from Runyae. While the system was having trouble updating, he was able to complete a work around and get my account updated. Hard to find customer service like this in today's world.

I’ll come straight after work in the morning get my workout on and then go on the back and have a nice massage and then I’ll leave. I love it. I love it too and now I have no complaints everyone that’s just you know pleasant I enjoy the atmosphere there😊
