Nick always greets me with a smile on his face and an enthusiastic attitude. He doesn't miss a beat when I need the total body or hydro-massage and will always see me tomorrow with have a great day on the way out the door. Diane greets me while cleaning and asks about my day, too. The staff makes you feel like family!
I really enjoy the planet fitness on E 41st. The staff is top notch and I think that starts with Dallas, he is a great leader and full of positive energy! He always welcomes me every time I come into the gym. He has assisted me with card issues/payment and just overall cleanliness of the facility. I think the entire team should be recognized for their hard work and customer service!

The song we receive at the gym is the best. Jean's managers are always attentive to what we need and what we need. They always keep it clean and in very good condition. It is a gym that is always very clean and the communication is perfect. We are very grateful to all the Planet Fitness staff.

This is by far the best planet fitness I have been to. They have free weights and some machines you do not find at any of the other planet fitness locations I have been to. The staff is very friendly and professional. I will be bassing 2 planet fitness locations to come to this location for these reasons.
The staff makes it a great experience. From Mr. Ethan stopping what he was doing to febreze the entire gym because it smelled like wet rats, from Mr. Harvey always having something positive to say and more importantly insuring the staff keeps the gym clean, from Ms. Brooke who always has a smile and is proactive in getting things done, from the night shift Greg who's always smiling and greeting you at 4:30 am. Most morning I come in he's taking out trash or filling spray bottles, changing paper towels, etc. And Ms. Aubrey who's always got a backpack vacuum on, or pushing a refill cart all while smiling and will stop whatever she's doing to assist someone coming in and she's always so so positive! The staff makes the experience the best for me.

I used to be an avid after work workout girl! Due to some changes and a new job, I started having to go insanely early in the morning… I loved the daytime crew, but the night time guys. They’re great! I know they work hard and are always cleaning something, always with a smile when I leave for work. It’s just nice. And not so crowded! Thankful for the hours of PF!
well-kept but do need cleaning stations you only have 5 forest hill location has 7 were they have some in the middle of room to here you have to walk to one side or the other to get something to clean equipment
Staff is always nice. Everything is clean, its never noisy and I never have to wait to use the equipment.
