My location has a friendly staff, the GM is always visible and almost always busy helping his team, the machines are clean and operational, and the locker room is always clean.

It wasn’t too crowded and lockers and clean bathrooms and workout equipment.
All of the staff are incredibly friendly! They are always helpful with any questions. The gym itself is very clean. I feel like they have a great selection of equipment, while still having areas for beginners to feel comfortable.
They have all the updated new equipment and the amount of space is impressive. Most PF gyms feel cluttered and tight. This one is quite nice, great parking lot, I’ve found even when the lot is full the gym seems empty still because of the space.
Lots of smiths, lots of variety on machines. Love that they have the lateral raise machine and hack squat. Locker rooms are clean, well kept, and pretty big as well.
Clientele seems friendly and welcoming. But everything has its downsides, and the one here is that there’s only one bottle fill water station and it’s in the very back. So ya gotta make a few trips but it counts as steps soooo maybe intentional? lol
Love having Black Card perks, and so much equipment available.

Machines always available
I’ve been a member of Planet Fitness for several months now, and overall, it’s been a great experience. Whether you’re new to the gym or just looking for a no-frills place to stay in shape, Planet Fitness really delivers on its promise of being a “Judgement Free Zone.”
It is very low key. No pressure, just work out at your own pace.

It’s a clean gym with lots of machines to accommodate my workout routine. The location is great for me and I appreciate the affordable price and that I can meet with a trainer.

Always clean. An employee is always walking around dusting or vacuuming or generally taking care of the facility. Love the variety of equipment and the way it’s spaced out. Never too crowded. Also the equipment is never broken down. Love it here!

I love that there are workers that actually care about their customers that come there like Jenny and Sophia helping me find my earphones and all of the new workers that have come there that they have replaced the equipment and putting in a lot of effort to show they really care
I love going to PF. The staff is very nice and helpful. I love that the place is very clean and organized. There are paper towel holders and disinfectant spray every few steps. I can always find a machine available, no matter how busy. Great place!

What I like about my Planet Fitness experience is that I can learn and grow with people's help, and I also love that people are so nice and caring and will help you with anything. I also like that the staff are nice.
