I appreciate being given some advice over the phone to try and fix a problem. Then when that doesn't work, I am thankful someone can come and fix my issues in a timely manner. The personnel on the phone are easy and pleasant to talk to and I have had good service.

Timely service
The water softening unit itself has worked flawlessly so far. I am pleasantly surprised by how little salt it actually uses. Our previous system was "eating" at least one 40-pound bag per week. That same amount will last several months in this system. As a result salt delivery is now only 2 or 3 times per year.
The water is sure a 100% better.

I love the trouble free softener system that works beautifully along with a reverse osmosis drinking water system that is maintained also by Culligan on a regular basis. Having the salt delivered and installed is great!

Fresh tasting water with the added drinking faucet, soft water. Never having to think about adding salt, no fuss no muss.
I’ve had my system now for close to a year and it is excellent. I like that I never have to worry about refilling the softener salt since they come with a couple bags and fill it for you. They were even able to hook onto a few more water lines to make that soft water also.
