The Administrative Assistant spoke with the Driver who was to make the delivery to arrange an early morning delivery for me because I had to take my elderly Mother to the clinic for an appointment in the afternoon.
The Driver did arrange to come early and when he did, he determined that I did not need any extra salt and therefore, he determined after checking with his supervisor, that I was not to be charged for the delivery.
