The Culligan water service
Clean water and no issues
The new system seems to work good. I like that it is supposed to recycle based on our usage. It has been recycling based on time vs usage. It was recently adjusted to extend the time so it would recycle more closely with the usage. Only one system, softening, was adjusted. The other system was not. I am wondering why both systems can't be set to recycle based on usage. It seems like that would be the most efficient operation.

The service was very good when the techs were here but it took a week or so to get him here. In my opinion this is too long to not have the conditioner not working. Our water is very bad which is the reason we have the softener in the first place.

We recently had a drinking water (reverse osmosis) system installed. Initially, one person came to assess and provide information on the system. A few days later a second person came and did the installation, explained and answered some questions and it was finished. So easy and we are SO happy with our purified great drinking water.
