My folks have used a Culligan water softener since they bought their house over 15 years ago, which helped a lot with water quality. Now that I have my own home with a Culligan softener, it's helped me just the same. Plus, the salt deliveries included with my rental are really convenient. Great service all-around.

Water softener products help save on use of soap for showers and laundry, and keeps laundry from appearing "dingy" due to build-up of minerals on fabrics. Laundry appears "cleaner".
Water filtration system makes water taste better. Appliances using water (coffee maker, teapot, steam iron, etc.) last longer because they no longer have mineral build-up. Minerals are very hard to remove from appliances as well as pots and pans. Houseplants especially prefer the filtered water!
Products and services are very well priced. Workmen who come to my home to bring salt, test water and service equipment are very friendly and helpful and don't mind answering my many questions. They occasionally leave behind useful tools. :-)
People in the office are also very friendly and helpful with billing issues and other questions.
I like the way Culligan gives away water at the State Fair.
