Terrance is awesome. I love that guy! Very thorough and like that he gives me a heads up when he's coming. Also asked him to come in to the house to treat the bedrooms and he was able to follow my instructions without me having to monitor him since I was on an important conference call. Really no bug movement to speak of. We realize that sometimes after treatment the bugs are soused out of wherever their hiding and that happens almost immediately so really happy the service and treatment is doing exactly what it's supposed to be doing. No quality of life issues here related to bugs!

Joe showed up on time, was very friendly and thorough. In and out in 15 minutes but covered all the bases and told me exactly what he had done and the inspection results. Went the extra mile but also doing a complete exterior inspection after he finished inside. All in all an excellent and efficient technician. You can send him back any time.

The service man first found all my stations then checked them. He made sure to tell me he found and inspected all 32 stations. That is the service I pay for. The last three service calls have been very responsible and thorough. The one service agent before these three was finished within 10 minutes. I found 9 stations that clearly were not inspected. I watched out my window as he walked by stations un inspected. After challenging him he got totally arrogant and said he was leaving which I welcomed. After calling the manager another agent came out and did an excellent job. I pay and expect all my stations to be inspected. As long as they are I am very happy with the service.
