The lady that serviced us on Wednesday was excellent. I had called the previous week about ghost ants in the kitchen. A man came out last Friday (7-23)and sprayed outside but did not come inside to address the problem. She was doing her routine (7-28) monthly check and after I told her about the ghost ants, she came inside and treated the problem. Don't know why the 1st guy did not come in.

Your technition Barbara, called me in my home up here in Connecticut, and told me who she was, and who she was calling for. And told me what she had done to servicing my condo. I thought that was great. I never asked her to call me. But I appreciated her calling me, and giving me the details.

Rick and Miguel were great. I love that Arrow was able to come out and service our home. Rick explained everything and Miguel talked to my grandkids and explained what he was doing. He even went as far as looking at dead bugs that my grandchildren seen. I’m am very happy so far. No complaints. Thank you so much for have great customer service.
Ever since I started my services with Arrow, I have not had any pest issues. My lawn had lots of fire ant mounds and I was bothered by ghost ants every few months. Now all is good. I referred my A/C maintenance tech to Arrow as his parents are looking for a pest control company. Funny thing is, I just had my pest service the day before and the A/C tech asked if he could take the sign in the yard. Keep up the good work!!!
