I really like that you listen to my needs and meet my expectation of the service you say you will deliver. What I don't like is when you send a different tech then my normal one, who doesn't know what is going on with my situation, my likes and dislikes and rings the doorbell upon arrival ( which I should have a note on my account asking that NOT be done because my dogs go crazy and I work from home).
