I like that in addition to doing a very good job with my contracted services, the person(s) doing the job have gone beyond and helped me in other ways. Like putting a package into the garage when I was not there and always coming to the door to let me know they are there. There is an online notice I get as well, but it's nice to talk to them. They always ask if I have noticed anything or have a special need or requirement during their process.
