Ever since Isaac took over as my lawn technician I’ve been very, very happy with the service. Isaac is a true gem.
He obviously cares about his work. He doesn’t just show up and spray the lawn and disappear. He always tells me how the lawn is doing, explains in detail what he’s done and what I can expect. He also points out any problem areas and emphasizes how long to water the lawn in the absence of rain.
In short, Isaac is the best lawn tech I’ve ever had.

We've had Arrow for years (and previously with Executive Pest Control before it was bought by Arrow), both of our regular service technicians, Trey and Lance, are awesome. There have been continued challenges with the automated reminders thru the office ever since they changed to the new notification system - so both Trey and Lance always text a day beforehand themselves to make sure we know they're coming. Without their personal touch, we would have moved to another provider months ago due to the ongoing system issues - but their personal attention has made all the difference to us.
