Mistakes happen and situations can be tricky. What is important is having the focus to resolve customer issues despite distracting complications. In that respect, the fox travel team did provide exceptionally good service in my case. I am grateful for them being there. You also might want to have the ability to call in more staff when travel plans get disrupted and it is the weekend.

Due to my flight being canceled, I was in a pinch for a rental car while stranded at the ATL airport. All the on-site rental car agents told me they were sold out do to the CrowdStrike Global Outage.
