The website that you offer your services through is a bit challenging to navigate and doesn't offer the best results. I called a representative for those reasons, and Hannah May was able to assist me. She was fantastic, with a great demeanor and extremely helpful. Hannah accommodated my needs quickly and accurately by providing me with three different flight options based on the preferences I had given her. I had spent around a week looking for a flight on the website offered; when I booked with Hannah, she got my best result taken care of in a couple of hours. She was wonderful, and I hope other customers receive the same experience I had.

Booking was easy. I did get an email after booking regarding having an unused ticket. It would be helpful in the future if the email referenced what airline the unused ticket is with or where a person could locate that information on a website.
The travel agent was so friendly & polite, and extremely patient with me as I had a TON of questions about the process.
