Really appreciate that all the Fox agents I have spoken to (with the exception of a few) are efficient and effective, while maintaining their professionalism with a sense of humor. I love the fact that each Fox agent is well informed and obliges my executives' requests regarding flights, seats, itineraries, hotels, and cars. That goes for whether I need their help for Domestic travel or International travel. I always feel as though I am in good hands when I speak with the Fox folks-I'm grateful for the following agents' help: Jay, Rachel, Michele, Barb, Brittany, Cindy, and an agent who I most recently spoke with on Monday, June 3rd at approximately 5:45p central time. Kim and Gina (or Jena) remember me, and where I am flying from/to. Don't have to retell stories of where I'm flying out of all the time. They talk me through options of times and different airports and airlines. I always hang up knowing I have the best itinerary possible for my given travels.
