We have been working with Elizabeth and she has been fantastic! She has taken all of the anxiety out of booking our trip. She has been extremely helpful and available in working with us as we plan our trip to Italy. She is also very timely in her communications and resourceful in her knowledge of Italy as a country. Its all about service, I do not like on line booking. I'm not a travel expert, I call the experts! When I call,I get an agent who knows what they are doing, access to ways to look at things, they are friendly and they help me find a flight that works with my schedule.
