Those I communicated with at Fox Travel listened, were understanding, and spoke with me like a human being instead of a robotic agent reading from a script. For the small but frustrating issue I had with my hotel, the response from Fox was IMMEDIATE. After 5 days of unsuccessfully trying to fix it on my own, I made one phone call to Fox and apparently Fox immediately got to work on my behalf. The issue was resolved within a few hours. Fox also took the time to email me with an update the moment the problem was fixed. In today’s world, this was such a refreshing experience. I highly recommend Fox Travel. Thank you!!
