I feel your agents work so hard to find the best requests for your customers. We, as customers, sometimes ask for difficult things to be accomplished, like coordinating fights for people from two different states. I think it is great that you have virtual agents but I do like to talk to someone once in a while. Maybe, as things are near confirming all fights and reservations, a final personal call could be made vs another email.
